SHIPPING INFORMATION

We strive to ship your order within 48 hours after payment. We’re a small, local business, therefore we can’t process orders during weekends. But don’t worry, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped on Monday and will be out for delivery soon after that.

SHIPPING RATES

Our parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland and delivered in Switzerland only. We use the Swiss postal services for our deliveries. Information on tariffs and speed of delivery can be found on their website www.post.ch. 

Exceptionally we can ship to France, but special conditions may apply and we reserve the right not to fulfill the order until such conditions have been agreed with you.

If you order for CHF 75 or more, shipping is free. Below this amount, we will charge ordinary shipping costs as per the applicable tariffs of the Swiss postal services. No additional taxes or fees will be charged. 

If you require express shipping, please let us know and we will organize accordingly - however, we will have to charge you the difference as compared to the ordinary cost of shipping.

RETURN RATES

You can request a return by emailing vanessa@pelotondeparis.cc. If your return meets the return conditions, no fees will be deducted from your refund amount and you will get a full refund.

We do not accept returns from countries other than Switzerland.
